Renewyx are working with one of Silicon Valley's most respected GCs on a Senior Field Engineer hire. The role sits between project and field: interpreting plans, coordinating subs, running safety, producing quality checklists, and reporting daily production to the Superintendent. Commercial work across corporate, healthcare, technology, and life sciences. Self-perform with a union workforce.

What this looks like in 90 days:

You know the site inside out, your subs know you mean business, and the Superintendent is already treating you like the next one coming through.

What you'll bring:

• 2-5+ years as a Field Engineer in commercial construction, working alongside a PM or Superintendent
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (on-campus)
• Proficiency in Viewpoint or similar and Primavera or similar scheduling tool
• The drive and leadership to grow into a Superintendent role

The package:

• Location: Silicon Valley, CA (on-site)
• Contract: Permanent
• Salary: $100,000 to $120,000
