• insLead preconstruction: budgeting, scheduling, constructability, trade partner select
• ionServe as senior client contact for biotech/pharma clients, developers, and landlo
• rdsManage lab-specific scopes: cleanrooms, process piping, RO/DI, vivariums, fume hood/exhaust, BMS/
• EMSOversee and mentor Project Managers and Superintende
• ntsCoordinate with architects, MEP/process engineers, and regulatory consultants on code and cGMP requireme
