About the Opportunity
A family-owned commercial construction company is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator to oversee drywall, metal framing, and ceiling projects throughout the greater Philadelphia and South Jersey market.
This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who understands estimating but enjoys the project management side of the business. The position offers direct visibility to ownership, long-term growth potential, and the opportunity to manage projects from award through completion.
We're looking for someone with strong commercial construction experience, a solid work ethic, and the ability to take ownership of projects while supporting field operations and customers.
What You'll Do
- Manage commercial drywall, metal framing, and ceiling projects from kickoff through closeout
- Create and manage project budgets
- Coordinate purchasing and material procurement
- Support field teams with project-related technical needs
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Collaborate with estimators during project handoff and throughout execution
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel
- Help ensure projects are completed safely, on budget, and on schedule
What We're Looking For
Required
- Commercial construction project management experience
- Experience with drywall, metal framing, ceilings, or related interior construction trades
- Understanding of construction estimating and takeoffs
- Experience working with estimating software or similar construction technology
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in Willingboro, NJ
Preferred
- 3-5+ years of Project Management and/or Estimating experience
- Direct experience with metal wall framing
- Experience with On-Screen Takeoff (OST)
- Experience managing budgets, purchasing, and change orders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant commercial construction experience who demonstrate strong potential
