We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Supervisor to improve production efficiency, streamline workflows, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role will analyze processes, identify cost-saving opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing operations while maintaining quality and safety standards. This position is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities:

Direct and coordinate the utilization of manpower and equipment.

Focus on PCBA front end process included SMT, 2ND OP and conformal coating.

Organize and direct staff and plan and progress all day-to-day production activities to meet current customer requirements and resolve any production schedule issues.

Monitor work area to ensure productivity, quality, process, and safety standards are being followed.

Track and report on production, ship schedules, work-in process, labor and product movement.

Liaise with other departments and customers to recommend changes that will increase production efficiencies, reduce cost, and increase profitability.

Conduct data analysis, reviews production reports, and prepares manufacturing metrics report.

Maintain the data integrity in the manufacturing metrics database.

Resolve day-to-day issues, including terminations, counseling, suspensions, timecard approval, manpower training, and conflict resolution.


Requirements:

Education/Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field


Experience

3+ years in similar position

3+ years working in electronic manufacturing

The expected pay rate for this position is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 depending on specific skills and work experience.
