Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site sales associate role based in San Diego, CA. The Salesperson will welcome clients, conduct needs-based consultations, and present fine jewelry, engagement rings, diamonds, and luxury watches in a professional, informed manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding clients through product options, explaining features and benefits, handling sales transactions, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also involves following up with clients, supporting custom design and special orders, coordinating with watch and jewelry service teams, and maintaining merchandised displays. The sales associate will collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets, uphold brand standards, and contribute to an exceptional in-store experience.

Qualifications:

• Strong client service, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to provide personalized, consultative guidance.
• Proficiency in luxury retail sales, including needs assessment, product presentation, and closing techniques.
• Knowledge of fine jewelry and luxury watches, or a strong willingness and ability to learn product details, brands, and materials.
• Comfort using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications for client records, inventory, and transactions.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail, with a commitment to brand standards and client confidentiality.
• Ability to work on-site full time in San Diego, CA, including weekends and peak retail periods as needed.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or watches is preferred but not required; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in sales or gemology are beneficial.
