- Conduct roof inspections and present solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance process
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information with database
- Represent the Randall and Son Roofing brand professionally in the community
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Comfortable talking with homeowners and building relationships
- Confident and professional
- Organized and able to manage their own schedule
- Customer-service focused
- Eager to learn and grow
- Sales experience is preferred, but not required — the right attitude and work ethic matter most
