Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financial accounting data across multiple areas of the business.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and comfortable collaborating with department leaders to support accurate financial reporting and the overall success of the accounting team. Experience within the manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to understand financial activity and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting.
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of monthly and periodic financial statements.
• Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules in accordance with the monthly close timeline.
• Support the accounting team with financial analysis and reporting as needed.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all accounting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Previous accounting experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
