Robert Half is partnering with a stable organization that is currently expanding and we’re looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to play a key role in supporting financial operations and driving process improvements.
What You’ll Do:
- Own key aspects of the month-end close (journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis)
- Responsible for intercompany transactions
- Support financial reporting and ensure GAAP compliance
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and finance
- Assist with audits, budgeting, and process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, data analysis)
- Experience with large ERP systems like SAP, NetSuite, or Oracle
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
