Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to support financial reporting, month-end close activities, audit preparation, account reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Close Activities

• Prepare monthly financial statement packages
• Assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and accruals
• Prepare and review account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations
• Ensure financial records are complete, accurate, and properly supported
• Assist with intercompany accounting and reconciliation processes

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Cross-train with Treasury and Accounts Payable teams to enhance business continuity
• Support cash management and banking-related activities as needed
• Collaborate with finance leadership and business partners on ongoing initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Strong understanding of:

• Financial statement preparation
• Month-end close processes
• Journal entries and accruals
• Account reconciliations
• Intercompany accounting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience improving accounting processes through documentation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• High degree of integrity and professionalism
