We are looking for an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in commercial property accounting who can take ownership of key financial processes and support accurate, timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle property accounting activities
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Complete CAM reconciliations
• Handle month-end close
• Prepare financial statements
• Maintain accuracy and compliance across accounting records and reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 3+ years of commercial property accounting experience
• Strong understanding of property accounting processes and financial reporting
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
