Renewyx have partnered with a national, multi-hundred-million-dollar general contractor with a dedicated multifamily housing division to bring on a Senior Project Manager for the San Francisco Bay Area.

This is a stable, well-capitalized business with a full pipeline of ground-up multifamily work and real momentum. They are expanding into new markets and need a Senior PM to help lead the charge.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝟵𝟬 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀:

Run a ground-up multifamily project from the front: budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and the client relationship all sit with you. You are on-site, driving the job through to occupancy and keeping quality and safety non-negotiable.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:

• Proven experience running ground-up multifamily construction as a PM or Senior PM
• Ownership of budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination from preconstruction to closeout
• Comfort managing multiple trades and stakeholders on-site through to completion

𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 (𝗯𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱):

• Wood-frame, podium, or mixed-use multifamily experience
• Procore or similar construction management software
• OSHA 30 certification

• Location: SF Bay Area, CA (on-site)

• Contract: Permanent

• Salary: $150,000 to $180,000 (dependent on experience)
