👊 What you’ll be doing
As a Shift Leader, you’re the go-to person when the action picks up.
- Lead and support your crew during busy shifts
- Keep food quality, service, and cleanliness on point
- Run opening or closing routines with confidence
- Jump in wherever needed—front counter, drive-thru, grill—you name it
- Solve problems in real-time and keep the team focused and positive
- Set the tone for energy, pace, and teamwork
This role is about stepping up, staying sharp, and leading by example.
Minimum Requirements (Most Common)
Experience
- 1+ year of restaurant or customer service experience
- 6–12 months in a leadership role (Crew Trainer, Team Lead, Shift Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder, etc.) preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (sometimes preferred rather than required)
- At least 18 years old (often required for closing, opening, or equipment use)

- Ability to lead a team during busy periods
- Coach and develop employees
- Delegate tasks effectively
- Hold people accountable while maintaining a positive culture
- Lead by example

- Food safety knowledge
- Cash handling and basic financial accountability
