Slitting Operator II – West Caldwell, NJ

I'm partnering with a growing pharmaceutical company seeking a Slitting Operator II to support manufacturing operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 4–5+ years of production/manufacturing experience

• Experience operating manufacturing machinery

• Strong safety awareness around cutting equipment and blades

• Ability to follow SOPs, batch records, and safety procedures

• Basic math and measurement skills

Preferred

• Slitting, rewinding, or converting experience

• Pharmaceutical, medical device, or cGMP manufacturing experience

• Printing press, paper mill, or sheet metal cutting experience
