The California Post, in partnership with Madden Marketing US, is hiring outgoing, high-energy Sales Representatives to support new subscription growth across the San Francisco Bay Area and Oakland, California.

Position Details:

• Part-time to start
• $20/hour + commission opportunities
• Structured as an employment role (not contract)
• Potential for advancement into lead or management positions

Responsibilities:

• Engage customers and promote new subscription offers
• Meet and exceed assigned sales goals
• Represent the publication with professionalism and integrity
• Work independently while contributing to a team environment

Requirements:

• Outgoing, confident, and goal-oriented personality
• Honest, reliable, and motivated by performance
• Sales or customer engagement experience preferred
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
