Surgical Sales Associate - Medical Device ($140k OTE)

Join a high-growth, innovative Medical Device company with an awesome team culture! The Surgical Sales Associate is remotely based in Sacramento or Bay Area, partnering directly with the Sr. Territory Manager and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You'll travel frequently in Sacramento and Bay Area to visit hospitals, ORs, and surgeons.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the West Coast Sr. Territory Manager to grow the Sacramento and Bay Area territory– full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
• Support surgeons and OR staff on-site, including case coverage, product in-servicing, and live procedural support
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline through surgeon outreach, hospital networking, and identifying new accounts within your territory
• Run consultative discovery conversations with surgeons and OR decision makers to match the right solution to their clinical needs
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and surgical conferences to build your network and generate new opportunities
• Manage your pipeline and forecasting using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools
• Collaborate with internal teams during strategy sessions to share market insight and drive territory growth in Sacramento and Bay Area

Requirements

• Medical sales experience including surgeons and the OR (Operating Room)
• A consultative sales approach and track record of converting pipeline into closed revenue
• Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting
• Willingness to travel frequently to visit hospitals, ORs, and surgeons
• A genuine interest in building a long-term career in medical device sales
• High energy, self-awareness, and a coachable mindset
