Your Mission

As Team Leader, your mission is simple:

Build people.

When you build people well, everything else follows.

Working alongside the Operating Partner, you'll help recruit exceptional talent, coach agents to higher levels of success, strengthen our culture, and execute the vision for Keller Williams Inspire.

What You'll DoRecruit Exceptional Talent

• Build meaningful relationships with top agents throughout the Fox Valley.
• Share the Keller Williams Inspire value proposition.
• Maintain a consistent recruiting pipeline.
• Attract experienced agents and rising talent.
• Help increase our market share through strategic growth.

Coach and Develop Agents

• Consult agents on business growth, lead generation, and profitability.
• Help associates implement proven Keller Williams systems.
• Coach productivity through accountability and relationships.
• Increase retention by helping agents achieve meaningful success.

Lead Our Market Center

• Facilitate inspiring weekly sales meetings.
• Create an environment of learning, collaboration, and innovation.
• Support and develop Market Center staff.
• Champion our culture every day.
• Help execute strategic initiatives that move the organization forward.

Grow the Business

• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities.
• Support profitability through smart business decisions.
• Develop recruiting strategies.
• Build partnerships throughout the community.
• Help position Keller Williams Inspire as the destination brokerage in the Fox Valley.

Qualifications

Preferred:

• Active Illinois Real Estate License
• Two or more years of successful real estate sales experience
• Leadership, coaching, or team-building experience
• Recruiting experience preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong business and financial acumen
• High emotional intelligence
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

Compensation Structure

We believe exceptional leaders should be rewarded for creating exceptional results.

Our Team Leader compensation structure provides a strong foundation while rewarding growth, recruiting activity, and the overall success of the Market Center.

Compensation includes:

• Competitive base salary
• Commission-based earning opportunities
• Performance-based bonus structure tied to growth, productivity, and Market Center success
• Keller Williams Profit Share eligibility in accordance with Keller Williams guidelines

This is a performance-driven leadership opportunity with the potential to earn beyond the target compensation range as the Market Center grows and achieves exceptional results.
