We're looking for an experienced YouTube Strategist to join the team behind the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, one of the most iconic, recognizable, and highly anticipated fashion events in the world! β¨π
This is your opportunity to work directly within the digital ecosystem surrounding a globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brand and help shape how audiences experience this incredible event online.

You'll help drive the strategy, publishing, optimization, and performance of content connected to the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, including short-form and long-form programming and the content leading up to and following the event.

Pay Rate: $27.59β$40.69/hour
Contract: Approximately 10 weeks
Location: Manhattan, NY
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Work Model: Hybrid β approximately 1β2 days onsite per week
Potential travel may be required.

The role reports to the Director of Organic Social and serves as a dedicated strategic lead supporting the Fashion Show ecosystem.
π₯ WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll be the person asking:
"How do we make this content perform even better?" π
You'll own day-to-day strategy and help maximize the reach, engagement, and performance of content surrounding the event.
π± Digital & Content Strategy
- Develop strategies to maximize the performance and reach of Shorts and long-form/VOD content
- Identify opportunities to increase audience growth, engagement, views, and overall channel performance
- Recommend content and programming opportunities based on audience behavior and platform best practices
- Work closely with the broader Social team to ensure content strategy supports the overall event strategy
π¬ Publishing & Optimization
- Lead content planning, publishing, and optimization
- Manage titles, descriptions, thumbnails, metadata, tags, chapters, end screens, cards, links, and playlists
- Manage platform features including Premieres, Community posts, playlists, and content hubs
- Ensure assets and publishing requirements are delivered accurately and on time
- Find creative ways to extend the lifespan of existing content through repackaging, resurfacing, and platform-native tactics

You'll turn numbers into strategy.

Then translate those insights into clear, actionable recommendations that can improve performance in real time.

You'll coordinate timelines, approvals, deliverables, publishing requirements, and strategic recommendations across multiple teams.
β WHO WE WANT
We're looking for someone who knows YouTube inside and out and understands that successful digital strategy is about much more than simply uploading videos.
You should bring:
β 3β5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content strategy, or a related field
β Strong hands-on experience developing and executing YouTube strategies
β Deep understanding of YouTube Studio and YouTube Analytics
β Experience with Shorts, long-form/VOD, Premieres, Community, playlists, and channel architecture
β Strong knowledge of content optimization, discoverability, audience retention, and content packaging
β Experience with high-profile brands, entertainment, fashion, media, or large-scale events is highly preferred
β Excellent project management and organizational skills
β Strong written and verbal communication
β Ability to confidently work with internal and external partners
β Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
The strongest candidates will have demonstrated experience building and executing YouTube strategyβnot simply creating content.
