- Book and lead compelling pitches with school counselors, principals, social workers, and district administrators
- Build trusted, long-term relationships that generate consistent student referrals

- Help shape the company's go-to-market strategy as the sales playbook continues to develop
- Travel up to 25% as the company expands into new markets
What You'll Bring (Requirements):
- 1–4 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally within a startup
- Proven ability to prospect, run sales meetings, and close new business
- Strong cold-calling, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Mission-driven mindset and genuine interest in children's mental healthcare
- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, early-stage environment
- Experience working in Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Willingness to meet with school partners in person and travel as needed
- Ability to work from the company's SoHo office three days per week
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $90K–$100K
- OTE: $130K–$150K+ uncapped with accelerators
- Equity
- Full benefits package
- Hybrid schedule, 3 days in the SoHo office
- Direct exposure to company leadership
- Opportunity to help build the sales playbook and influence go-to-market strategy
- Mission-driven, collaborative startup culture
