Associate Accountant – Accounts Receivable

A well-established commercial investment firm is hiring an Associate Accountant to join their small, collaborative accounting team.

What You'll Do:

• Process receipts, wires, and ACH payments across entities
• Maintain tenant records and property-level accounting
• Handle bank reconciliations, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Grow into budgeting and CAM reconciliation responsibilities over time

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of AR experience
• MRI Software experience a plus
• Self-starter who thrives in a small team with minimal oversight
