Associate Product Manager, Integrations

Full job description
Who We Are:
Headquartered in Jersey City, New Jersey, Lotto.com is the first digital platform for ordering official state lottery draw and scratch games on both mobile and web-based platforms. Lotto.com helps the lottery contribute incremental funds to state-run programs across education, parks, emergency responders, veterans' health, and other important services. With a customer base exceeding 4 million, we are currently available in eleven states, with ambitious plans to extend our presence to more states in the near future.
The Opportunity:
As an Associate Product Manager, you will oversee the key third-party integrations—such as payments, identity verification (KYC), geolocation, and customer messaging—that power the Lotto.com platform.
Your Impact & Responsibilities:
- Support product management of the third-party tools that connect customers to the platform — geolocation, identity verification (KYC), payments, and customer engagement tools.
- Manage the day-to-day delivery backlog for external development team — writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and seeing work through to release.
- Execute a development roadmap set with the Director of Product.
- Coordinate day-to-day with third-party vendors — handling tickets, escalations, SLA tracking, and incident follow-up.
- Gather input from Customer Support and Payments teams to feed a logical, well-prioritized backlog.
- Support other Product Managers on cross-team work to keep production, platform, and integration work aligned.
- Analyze transactional, qualitative, and quantitative customer data to gain insights.
- Communicate progress, blockers, and results to stakeholders.
What Success Looks Like:
- A well-managed backlog: Clear user stories, predictable delivery, and few surprises on the A-Team.
- Improved customer KPIs: Higher payment authorization rates, KYC pass rates, geolocation success rates, and conversion.
- High vendor standards: Third-party providers deliver and operate reliably, including timely incident resolution.
- Satisfied internal partners: Customer Support and Payments teams report positive feedback and feel well-supported.
- Strong relationships: Positive, constructive collaboration across internal colleagues and vendor relationships.
How You’ll Grow:
- Start with delivery: Own the A-Team backlog, incident coordination, and day-to-day vendor contact.
- Grow into domains: Take ownership of geolocation, KYC, payments, and communications one domain at a time as you build depth.
- Step into the seat: Transition into the full Integrations Product Manager position — owning the roadmap, vendor relationships, and stakeholder strategy.
What You Bring:
- Strong interest in product management - this is an entry-level product role with room to grow.
- Technical skills such as:
- Some exposure to product, project, operations, support, QA, or analyst work - internships and adjacent roles count.
- Familiarity with agile delivery and product management methodologies.
- Comfort analyzing and interpreting data.
- Interest in payments, identity verification, or geolocation technology - deep expertise is not expected on day one.
- Behavioral skills such as:
- Organized and detail-oriented - able to keep many small moving pieces on track.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work independently and drive results.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and make informed decisions.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
- Competitive Pay & Bonuses: $70,000 - $80,000 annual base salary, plus rewards for high performance and real financial growth.
- Equity Opportunities: Be a part-owner in our growing company
- Retirement Matching: 401(k) plan with company match to help you build your future
- Full Health Coverage: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Health & Wellness Perk: ClassPass membership to support your active lifestyle and well-being
- Time to Unwind: Paid time off and flexible leave
- Volunteer Time Off: Paid time to give back to the causes and communities you care about
- Vibrant Community: Regular team events in a supportive, high-energy environment
