Position Overview
Client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Manager (Marketing Cloud) with strong hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation experience and deep knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud. The ideal candidate will combine technical product management expertise with strong business-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.

Must-Have Requirements
- 12+ years of Product Management experience, including technical product management.
- Hands-on experience leading Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations from initiation through delivery and support.
- Strong functional expertise with Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Experience serving as a business-facing SME, gathering requirements, leading discovery sessions, and translating business needs into platform solutions.
- Proven experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, backlog prioritization, ROI analysis, and user story mapping.
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation, and ensuring platform configurations meet business requirements.
- Salesforce administration experience, including data loads, user maintenance, reports, dashboards, workflows, and data validations.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, build trust, and manage expectations across enterprise teams.
- Experience leading or mentoring teams, with at least 5 years in a technical lead, supervisor, or management capacity.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (Required).
