About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in Los Angeles to develop relationships with fashion, jewelry, accessories, lifestyle, and emerging consumer brands across the U.S. West Coast. This role is particularly suited to professionals who understand product-driven brands and can identify opportunities where creative concepts require experienced manufacturing support.

Responsibilities

• Identify fashion jewelry, accessories, lifestyle, and emerging brands with product-development potential.
• Build relationships with founders, designers, product teams, sourcing professionals, and business leaders.
• Introduce YIBI Jewelry’s development and manufacturing capabilities.
• Support early-stage product discussions and new client opportunities.
• Identify emerging brand and category trends across the West Coast market.
• Develop long-term relationships with relevant brands and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, partnerships, fashion, jewelry, accessories, or consumer products.
• Understanding of fashion jewelry or product-led lifestyle brands.
• Strong networking and commercial communication skills.
• Experience working with founders, emerging brands, or product teams is valuable.
• Existing relationships in the California fashion or lifestyle ecosystem are a plus.
