What You Can Expect:
- Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annual salary depending on experience

- Schedule: Monday - Friday workweek

- Location: In-office, hybrid, or remote

Background & Experience:
- Experience: 7+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
- License: Active Property & Casualty License
- Knowledgeable: A great level of expertise and knowledge of commercial insurance products, markets, and ratings
- Software: Insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office, and carrier website navigation
About the Role:
- Cultivate a positive customer service experience.
- Provide accurate and professional insurance services to clients and producers.
- Support coverage renewal, cross-selling initiatives, policy change processing, and inquiry resolution.
- Address client inquiries regarding billing, claims, and coverage.
- Facilitate policy binding and review.
- Manage requests for endorsements, claims, and renewal marketing.
