An established Owner/Builder with a strong pipeline of commercial interior projects is actively hiring both a Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent to support work throughout Downtown Los Angeles and the Valley.
Projects include:
• Corporate office renovations & tenant improvements • Law firm office build-outs • Banking facilities • Medical office renovations and fit-outs
What they're looking for:
• Experience delivering commercial office TI projects from start to finish
• Background managing both large-scale and smaller fast-track projects
• Strong scheduling and project sequencing experience
• Ability to lead field teams and coordinate subcontractors effectively
