Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Project Manager located in Monterey, CA. The Project Manager leads high-end custom residential projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is hands-on and collaborative, working closely with clients, architects, field teams, and trade partners to deliver detailed, well-executed homes.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of their projects, lead positively, and grow with a company that approaches construction differently. We’re looking for someone who cares about the details and communicates well with both the field and the office.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings
• Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and cost tracking
• Proficiency in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Google Suite applications, DropBox, and Fieldwire.
• Knowledge of preconstruction, estimating, and project documentation

Leadership & Management Skills

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
