Great opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager with public sector experience!

Your new company and role

A Long Island-based GC, with a strong presence in public sector work, is looking to add on an experienced Project Manager to support an ongoing project located in the Bronx.

Your new role

Key responsibilities include:

• Experience with public sector work and agencies, such as SCA, NYCHA, DDC, DASNY
• Attend meetings with the owner and engineers, prepare a schedule of values, submittals schedule, review the baseline schedule
• Evaluate and prepare change orders, RFI's, reconcile any NCR's, review Site Safety Plans and SOE's, review subcontractors’ proposals

What you'll need to succeed

• 4–8 years of project management experience in the construction field
• Public sector and NYC agency experience with agencies like SCA, NYCHA, DDC or DASNY
• Industry-related education and certifications are a plus
