Correctional Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) Corrections

Location: Brooktondale, New York

Contract Length: 26 Weeks (182 Days)

Shift: Day Shift, 5x8 Hours

Schedule: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (includes 30-minute meal break)

Weekends: Alternating weekends required

Required Qualifications

Mandatory

• Active New York State RN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Must be licensed and currently registered to practice nursing in New York State
• Valid state license required at submission (no exceptions)

Accepted Candidates

• First-time travelers accepted
• Local travelers accepted at the same rate
• Returning NY State facility staff must have been away for at least 2 years

PAY PACKAGE:

Gross Weekly: $2848

Hourly Pay: $71.20/hr

Breakdown

W2 - $32/hr (Taxable)

Stipends: $1568 (non-taxable)

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
