Diamond Jewelry Sales & Production — NYC (5th Avenue)

Rêve Diamonds is a luxury bespoke fine jewellery house with showrooms in Mayfair, Beverly Hills, and on Fifth Avenue in New York. We create engagement rings and fine jewelry made to order. We're looking for a polished, driven full time Sales & Production associate to join our New York showroom at 745 Fifth Avenue.

The role

This is a client-facing sales position with hands-on involvement in bringing each piece to life. You'll guide clients through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives — from the first engagement ring appointment through design, production, and collection.

What you'll do:

• Lead engagement ring appointments from consultation to close, building trust and delivering an exceptional client experience
• Advise clients on diamonds, settings, and bespoke design options with genuine expertise
• Coordinate with our design and production teams to keep each order on track and on time
• Manage the client relationship end-to-end, ensuring every detail meets our standard
• Contribute to showroom targets and help grow our New York presence

What we're looking for

• Proven experience running engagement ring appointments (this is essential)
• A background in fine jewellery, diamonds, or luxury retail sales
• Strong consultative selling skills and a natural ability to build rapport
• Knowledge of diamonds — the 4Cs, certification, and bespoke design — or a fast learner eager to master it
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across sales and production
• Professional, warm, and genuinely passionate about craftsmanship and client experience
