Full job description
An LA multifamily GC has acquired a master plan community in the Central Belt and is breaking ground in 2026 on the first of multiple phases in the community.
The first phase consists of about 300, garden-style, 3-story, slab-on-grade apartments.
I am looking for a Director of Construction who is local in the Central Coast or willing to relocate there this year.
You will receive a strong basic salary (up to $225,000) + full benefits and be eligible for a highly competitive annual bonus and an end of project bonus.
