Construction Field Leaders: Superintendent & Assistant Superintendent

Are you a hands-on construction professional with experience running ground-up multifamily jobs? We are actively hiring both Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents for upcoming multi-unit projects (50–300 units).

Whether you are a seasoned lead ready to own the site from break-ground to punch list, or a skilled second-in-command looking to take the next big step in your career, we have a place for you on our field leadership team.

Key Responsibilities (Scoped to Role Level)

  • Site Leadership & Execution: Direct daily field operations, oversee trade partners, manage equipment usage, and drive look-ahead schedules to ensure projects stay on time and on budget.
  • Trade & Inspector Coordination: Lead daily foreman syncs, run weekly subcontractor coordination meetings, and partner with municipal/AHJ and third-party inspectors.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct daily site walks, manage QA/QC protocols, verify as-built documentation, and manage punch lists through final closeout.
  • Safety Culture: Champion jobsite safety by enforcing OSHA standards, conducting job hazard analyses, running toolbox talks, and maintaining a zero-incident work environment.
  • Project Administration: Maintain accurate daily logs, track photo documentation, manage field tickets, and partner with the PM/PE team on RFIs, submittals, and schedule updates.

Qualifications We’re Looking For

  • Experience Tiering:
  • Assistant Superintendent: 2–5+ years in construction with dedicated experience supporting jobsite operations.
  • Superintendent: 7+ years in construction, including 3+ years directly leading sites for ground-up multifamily developments (50–300 units).
  • LIHTC / Affordable housing experience is a strong plus for both roles.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of construction means, methods, local building codes, and PM software (Procore, Autodesk Build, MS Project, or Excel).
  • Certifications & Licensing: OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR preferred). Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active personal auto insurance.
  • Jobsite Demands: Ability to navigate active multi-story jobsites (standing, climbing ladders/scaffolding, lifting up to 50 lbs) in various weather conditions.
