This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial objectives are met.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the successful execution of electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop project execution plans, schedules, and staffing strategies.
  • Manage project budgets, cost forecasting, and overall financial performance.
  • Coordinate field operations, engineering, procurement, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and aligned with project goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Review contracts, specifications, and drawings to ensure project compliance.
  • Manage change orders, billing, forecasting, and project documentation.
  • Identify project risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain a strong focus on jobsite safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Support design-build collaboration with engineering teams when applicable.
  • Foster strong relationships that lead to repeat business and long-term client partnerships.


What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of Project Management experience within electrical construction.
  • Experience managing large commercial, industrial, water/wastewater, data center, or multi-family electrical construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Experience coordinating closely with field leadership and superintendents.
  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Working knowledge of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and industry best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus.
  • Design-Build project experience is highly desirable.

  • $130,000-$180,000+ depending on experience
