Associate Attorney – Employment & Complex Civil Litigation ($170,000–$215,000/Year)
Location: Greenwich, CT
Schedule: Full-Time, Fully In-Person
Experience: 3+ Years Litigation Experience
we are seeking a driven Litigation Associate with 3+ years of substantive litigation experience to join our Greenwich, CT office. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment, commercial, civil, or complex litigation and be ready to take increasing responsibility in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active Connecticut and New York Bar admission required.
- 3+ years of substantive litigation experience.
- Experience with motion practice, discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal/document management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, demand letters, and legal correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and assist with litigation strategy and case development.
- Handle discovery, document review, production, and e-discovery.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
- Support employment matters and agency proceedings involving the EEOC, CHRO, and DOL.
- Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and internal teams.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $170,000–$215,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications
Federal court experience and experience with EEOC/CHRO/DOL proceedings, employment disputes, personal injury/wrongful death, probate litigation, and complex civil or commercial litigation are a plus.
