Financial Analyst

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team and play a key role in driving financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business performance. Reporting to the Director, Operations Finance, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with leaders across the organization and make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes in partnership with cross-functional leaders

• Analyze financial results and explain monthly variances to cost center owners

• Partner with Accounting during month-end close to ensure accurate financial reporting

• Leverage Power BI to enhance reporting, dashboards, and variance analysis

• Track and communicate key performance indicators, including efficiency, productivity, and inflation

• Support business cases, capital expenditure analysis, and new product development reviews

• Prepare consolidated FP&A reporting for management

• Identify opportunities to improve reporting speed, accuracy, and effectiveness

• Contribute to FP&A projects and other strategic initiatives as the business grows

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• 1–3 years of finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or FP&A

• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions and organizational levels

• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment

• Experience with Oracle Fusion is preferred, but not required
