And as part of the international Tenmat Group of passive fire protection companies, we combine the agility of a focused US business with the backing of a global fire protection leader.

We're now looking for a Fractional Financial Controller to take ownership of our US financial reporting, inventory accounting, and planning on a consulting basis — and play a real part in that growth story.

What you'll deliver:

• Monthly management accounts and month-end close
• Inventory valuation, costing and variance analysis
• Budgets, forecasts and KPI reporting
• Cash flow and working capital monitoring
• Audit support and process improvement recommendations

What we're looking for:

• CPA preferred
• 7+ years in manufacturing or distribution finance
• Strong inventory and cost accounting expertise
• Confident with ERP systems and advanced Excel
• Self-directed — you manage your own schedule and deliver to agreed deadlines
