We’re seeking a high-caliber Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our rapidly growing team of talented professionals. This rare opportunity has opened due to company growth. We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented bookkeeping professional to join our dedicated team.

Role Overview:

• General Bookkeeping / Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
• Sales Profitability Auditing / Billing Discrepancy Analysis
• Sales Commission Reports
• Processing Credits and Returns
• Interface with Vendors for New Accounts and Ongoing Maintenance
• Bank Deposits and activity
• Credit Card Batch Deposits and Reconciliation
• Inventory Adjustments
• Light General Office Management / Ordering Supplies
• Manage Client & Vendor Database
• Oversee & Maintain Filing Systems
• Working with CEO on long term projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3–5 years of Full Charge Bookkeeping (required)
• Strong QuickBooks Desktop proficiency (preferably Enterprise version)
• Ability to investigate any discrepancies and efficiently solve problems and draw conclusions.
• Fast typing and data entry (Min 60+ WPM)
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and professional integrity

Tools You’ll Use:

• QuickBooks Enterprise (CRM & POS)

• Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, Outlook, Teams
• Credit Card Processor Panels – for batch payments, capturing authorizations and refunds
