ARDRI is a growing Non-QM mortgage lender focused on delivering innovative products, competitive pricing, and a faster, more efficient lending experience for our broker partners.

As we continue to scale, we're looking for an experienced Capital Markets Manager who can help manage and expand our capital markets strategy, strengthen investor relationships, optimize pricing and execution, and support the continued growth of our Non-QM platform.

The Opportunity

The Capital Markets Manager will play a critical role in managing the relationship between ARDRI's production, pricing, investors, and capital partners.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands the Non-QM market and knows how to balance pricing, liquidity, execution, profitability, and market opportunity.

The ideal candidate is an analytical and strategic mortgage professional who understands how capital markets decisions directly impact production and the company's bottom line.

This person will help ARDRI build a capital markets operation capable of supporting significant growth while maintaining competitive pricing and strong execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute ARDRI's day-to-day capital markets activities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, aggregators, warehouse providers, and other capital partners
• Monitor Non-QM market conditions and identify opportunities and risks
• Evaluate investor pricing, guidelines, and execution options
• Work closely with leadership to develop pricing and capital markets strategies
• Analyze loan-level and portfolio-level economics to optimize execution
• Monitor market pricing and competitive positioning
• Help determine optimal investor and execution strategies for Non-QM production
• Evaluate loan sale opportunities and maximize secondary market execution
• Monitor pipeline exposure and potential market risk
• Work closely with the Pipeline, Operations, Underwriting, Closing, Funding, and Sales teams
• Provide leadership with market intelligence and recommendations
• Monitor investor turn times, purchase requirements, and post-purchase issues
• Assist in managing and optimizing warehouse and liquidity relationships
• Identify opportunities to expand investor relationships and available execution options
• Support the development and launch of new Non-QM products and programs
• Analyze profitability and execution performance by product, investor, and loan type
• Establish and monitor capital markets performance metrics
• Develop reporting for senior leadership regarding pricing, execution, liquidity, and market conditions
• Identify opportunities to improve margins and operational efficiency
• Help build scalable capital markets processes as ARDRI's production volume grows
• Ensure capital markets activities remain aligned with company policies, investor requirements, and applicable regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

Required

• Proven experience in mortgage capital markets, secondary marketing, pricing, or a related mortgage finance role
• Strong understanding of mortgage secondary markets
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Ability to evaluate pricing and execution alternatives
• Strong understanding of mortgage economics and profitability
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills
• Ability to make informed decisions in a fast-moving market
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively with executive leadership and multiple departments
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a production-driven environment
• Significant Non-QM mortgage experience

Preferred

• Experience with Non-QM investors and aggregators
• Experience within a wholesale or correspondent mortgage lender
• Existing relationships with Non-QM investors and capital partners
• Experience with warehouse facilities and liquidity management
• Experience managing secondary marketing or capital markets teams
• Strong understanding of Non-QM pricing and product structures
• Experience analyzing loan-level profitability and execution
• Experience developing or negotiating investor relationships
• Experience with mortgage pricing, hedging, or risk management
