We are urgently hiring for HR Manager, please find details are as follows:

Position: HR Manager

Work Location: 4701 E Airport Dr，Ontario, CA 91761-Launch Tech USA(USA Office)

Employment Type: Full-time.

Responsibilities:

1.Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational growth.

2.Act as a trusted advisor to management on all people-related matters, including workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.

3.Serve as the primary HR contact for employee relations, providing guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and terminations.

4.Ensure full compliance with all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, COBRA, and OSHA standards.

5.Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and ensure adherence to best practices.

6.Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent development initiatives for both salaried and hourly workforces.

7.Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.

Requirements:

1.10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior HR Manager or HRBP leadership role.

2.Proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken, written, and reading) is required to effectively communicate with global teams and headquarters.

3.Good command of Spanish and English for business communication.

4.Experience managing employee relations, conducting investigations, and handling complex compliance issues.

5.In-depth knowledge of U.S. federal and state employment laws with proven experience ensuring organizational compliance.
