Industrial Technician

Responsibilities:

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair overhead/roll-up doors, gates, dock levelers, dock plates, and restraints.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and equipment repairs.
• Replace motors, bearings, shafts, sheaves, and related components.
• Manage work orders through CMMS and maintain safety/code compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend improvements.
• Follow LOTO, PPE, and safety procedures; work at heights using lifts/ladders.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in industrial mechanical, HVAC, machine repair, or automotive trades.
• Ability to work at heights up to 30+ feet.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Preferred:

• Experience with CMMS/Maximo.
• Knowledge of hand/power tools, electrical meters, refrigeration equipment, and shop equipment.
• Welding certification is a plus.
