Jewelry Studio Fulfillment Assistant

Thatch is a fashion jewelry brand located in Point Loma's Liberty Station. With a growing and thriving e-commerce and wholesale business, we need a dedicated fulfillment and customer service associate.

Responsibilities

Looking for assistance with the following tasks, including but not limited to:

• E-commerce online order fulfillment
• Packaging product for order fulfillment
• Receive incoming shipments
• Online and phone customer service (cross training)
• Process online returns (cross training)
• Quality control incoming products
• Manual inventory counting
• Aide in cleaning and organizing back stock area

Full-time Salary Position $45,000/year

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (with slight flexibility)
