Litigation Associate (New York)

We are partnering with a well-established, full-service law firm to identify a talented Litigation Associate with 4+ years of personal injury tort experience to join its Manhattan-based Tort & Insurance Defense practice.

This opportunity offers immediate client exposure, substantive responsibility, and the chance to work on sophisticated litigation matters within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Represent clients in personal injury tort and insurance defense litigation
• Manage depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Provide strategic counsel and take ownership of client matters
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies
• Handle multiple assignments independently with strong attention to detail

What You Bring

• J.D. degree with strong academic credentials
• Active New York Bar admission required; New Jersey admission is a plus
• 4+ years of personal injury tort litigation experience
• Trial experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced legal environment
