Manufacturing Plant Manager

We're looking for an experienced operations leader to run the daily show at one of our asphalt facilities — someone who leads with safety, integrity, and quality, and knows how to keep a plant running efficiently while developing the people around them.

**What you'll do:**

Lead daily plant operations and drive a "Zero Incidents" safety culture. Partner with Quality Control to keep product and customer service on point. Plan operations around performance and sales demand, and coordinate the team to hit quality targets at the best possible cost. Own scheduling, staffing assignments, and maintenance planning. Handle daily reporting, cost analysis, and budget input. Serve as the go-to contact for regulatory inspectors. Champion preventive maintenance and continuous improvement. Spot and grow future talent on your team.

**What you bring:**

BS/BA in Civil Engineering or 10+ years of equivalent hands-on experience. At least 5 years in an operations leadership role. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; experience with Viewpoint, PEAK, or E-Maint a plus. Solid grasp of asphalt plant operations and applicable safety/environmental/transportation regulations. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

This role blends office and field work, with some outdoor and near-equipment exposure.

100% relocation to New Jersey or New York location, total compensation is 200k+

Must have experience managing a large volume Asphalt Plant, will oversee multiple sites, highly visable and promotable role.
