Food Manufacturing Plant Manager

Are you an experienced manufacturing leader ready to take the next step in your career?

We are seeking a Plant Manager to lead a 24/7 food manufacturing facility and oversee Safety, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and overall plant performance.

What You'll Do:

• Lead daily plant operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Manage and develop production teams across all shifts.
• Oversee production planning, inventory, shipping, and customer requirements.
• Manage plant budgets, P&L, KPIs, and operational goals.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other departments.
• Support capital projects, equipment improvements, and operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of manufacturing/production management experience.
• Experience leading a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
• Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with spray drying, dry blending, or liquid processing.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team development skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP or SAGE experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field preferred.
