Manufacturing - Production Manager (100-120K)
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Manufacturing - Production Manager in the Syracuse, NY area. This is a direct hire, 1st shift, M-F position.
Job Duties include:
- Provide hands on, shop floor leadership for Production Operations.
- Monitor KPI’s and improve output, reduce costs, and streamline processes.
- Drive safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S practices.
- Ensure continuous process improvement and foster a team-oriented, fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Interview and hire new staff, conduct performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
Experience & Education:
- AAS or BA degree or equivalent Military Leadership experience.
- 5+ years in production / manufacturing management.
- Proven success in process improvements tied to metrics.
- Relentless drive to lead in a fast pace / job shop environment.
