Nut Former/Headerman/Hot Header - Fasteners

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating and setting up Nut Forming machines in an aerospace fastener manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of hot forming, heading, and fastener manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T.
• Experience using precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with aerospace quality standards and documentation requirements.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience manufacturing aerospace nuts, bolts, screws, rivets, or specialty fasteners.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience working in AS9100-certified manufacturing environments.
• Ability to train junior operators and assist with process improvements.
