Territory Sales Executive – Optical Solutions

Join a global leader in premium optical technology. Our client is seeking a driven sales professional to grow and support a thriving $3–4M territory already performing at 100% of quota.

What You’ll Do:

• Make 5–6 daily calls to Optometrists, Ophthalmologists, and Opticians
• Manage and expand existing accounts while driving new business
• Represent cutting-edge lens technology, coatings, and digital tools
• Partner with practices to enhance patient outcomes and business growth

What You Bring:

• 2–12 years of sales experience in the Bay Area
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• Familiarity with healthcare, optical, or technical sales preferred

Compensation & Perks:

• Base salary: $85-95K + $36K first-year commission
• Car allowance ($500/month) + mileage
• Top reps earn $200K–$250K
