Outside Sales Representative

We're looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join a growing sales team and take ownership of an assigned territory. This position is focused on building relationships, growing existing business, and developing new customer opportunities.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being in front of customers, understands how to uncover needs, and can turn those conversations into long-term business relationships.

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Spend time in the field meeting with customers, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities.
• Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and follow-up.
• Manage an assigned territory and maintain regular contact with key accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions based on their specific needs.
• Prepare quotes and proposals and follow opportunities through the sales process.
• Work with internal teams to ensure customers receive accurate information and a smooth experience.
• Follow up on open opportunities and existing business to help drive additional sales.
• Keep customer information, activities, and opportunities up to date in the CRM.
• Stay informed about customer needs, market conditions, and competitors.
• Meet or exceed established sales goals.

• Previous experience in outside sales, territory sales, account management, or business development.
• A strong track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Comfortable prospecting and creating new business opportunities.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to understand a customer's needs and recommend the right solution.
• Strong follow-through and organization.
• Comfortable managing your own schedule and priorities.
• Ability to work independently while also partnering with an internal team.
• Experience using a CRM and Microsoft Office.
