As we continue to scale, we're looking for an experienced Pipeline Manager who can take ownership of the loan pipeline, drive accountability across teams, and ensure loans move efficiently from submission through closing and funding.

The Opportunity

The Pipeline Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's active loan pipeline and ensuring loans continue to move forward efficiently at every stage of the process.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands that a healthy pipeline requires constant attention, communication, prioritization, and accountability.

The ideal candidate understands Non-QM lending, knows how to identify potential issues before they become problems, and can coordinate across multiple departments to keep production moving.

This person will play a critical role in helping ARDRI increase efficiency, improve turn times, and scale production.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the company's active loan pipeline from submission through closing and funding
• Track loan status, milestones, turn times, conditions, and outstanding requirements
• Identify stalled, aging, or at-risk loans and proactively develop solutions
• Ensure loans are progressing according to established production timelines
• Work closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Funding, and Capital Markets
• Establish clear accountability for loans that are delayed or missing required documentation
• Monitor pipeline volume and workload across operational teams
• Prioritize loans based on closing dates, borrower needs, broker expectations, and company objectives
• Identify recurring pipeline bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
• Develop and maintain pipeline reporting and performance metrics
• Provide leadership with visibility into pipeline health, turn times, and potential closing issues
• Escalate critical issues and develop solutions before they impact the customer or closing
• Help establish standardized pipeline management procedures
• Monitor service-level expectations and internal production goals
• Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding loan status and priorities
• Support Account Executives and broker partners by ensuring issues are identified and addressed quickly
• Assist leadership in forecasting upcoming closings and funding volume
• Help develop scalable processes as ARDRI's production volume grows
• Maintain a high level of urgency and accountability throughout the loan lifecycle

What We're Looking For

Required

• Proven experience in mortgage operations, pipeline management, processing, closing, or a related mortgage role
• Strong understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle
• Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
• Ability to identify problems and take ownership of solutions
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Non-QM mortgage experience

Preferred

• Experience with wholesale or correspondent mortgage lending
• Previous Pipeline Manager or Operations Management experience
• Experience managing a high-volume Non-QM pipeline
• Understanding of Non-QM underwriting, processing, closing, and funding requirements
• Experience with mortgage LOS and workflow technology
• Experience developing pipeline reporting and performance metrics
• Experience implementing operational improvements
