šØ Hiring: Plant Controller | Manufacturing
Weāre hiring a Plant Controller for a leading manufacturing organization.
š Location: Macedon & Williamson, NY
āļø Travel: Regular travel between both plants required
š¼ Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing finance
š Education: Bachelorās in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA/MS preferred
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Financial reporting, analysis & plant KPIs
ā¢ Cost accounting & product costing
ā¢ Budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
ā¢ Inventory management & internal controls
ā¢ Capital project financial analysis
ā¢ Partnering with Operations, Supply Chain & Procurement
ā¢ Leading and mentoring plant finance teams
Key Skills: SAP | Advanced Excel | Cost Accounting | Budgeting | Forecasting | Manufacturing Finance | GAAP
