About the Role

We are seeking a Production Manager based in Los Angeles to support project-based collaboration with our international jewelry manufacturing business.

The role is suited to professionals who understand jewelry or accessories production and can help connect product-development requirements with stable and scalable manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support jewelry production and product-development projects.
• Coordinate production requirements across product, sourcing, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Review production planning, manufacturing readiness, and delivery requirements.
• Identify risks related to quality, production consistency, and supplier coordination.
• Support sample-to-production handovers.
• Provide insights into U.S. jewelry and accessories production practices.
• Support communication between international brand teams and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in jewelry production, accessories manufacturing, production management, or product development.
• Experience in fashion jewelry, fine jewelry, accessories, or premium consumer products is preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and production workflows.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills.
• International manufacturing experience is an advantage.
