Production Tech:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Sanitation & Cleaning: Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing pans, containers, and production equipment to remove biological residue according to strict safety and hygiene standards.
• Autoclave Operations: Supporting and operating autoclave sterilization processes for materials and equipment to ensure everything is fully prepped for production.
• Facility & Inventory: Keeping the washroom and autoclave areas clean, organized, and safe while loading/unloading production materials.
• Quality & Communication: Monitoring equipment performance, reporting any issues to leadership, and collaborating effectively with the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred. Prior experience in sanitation, dishwashing, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a major plus!
• Physical Capabilities: Comfortable standing for extended periods and capable of routine lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Key Traits: High reliability, punctuality, strong communication skills, and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
